Before founding Rosson Consulting Firm, Jesse served as Head of Human Resources at the Public Law Center, where he led HR operations for an organization dedicated to expanding access to justice for underserved communities. That experience shaped his belief that strong HR practices aren't just about compliance — they're about creating workplaces where people and organizations can thrive together.

Jesse holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management from Antioch University and a Human Resources Management Certificate from Loyola Marymount University. He is committed to staying at the forefront of employment law and best practices so his clients never have to guess where they stand.

Beyond his consulting work, Jesse is an active member of the Rotary Club and has dedicated significant time to community service, serving on the boards of several nonprofit organizations, including a local domestic violence shelter.
